What's not included

	Electric and telephone - a meter reading will be taken when you enter and depart
	Food - unless previously agreed - we can provide a food provisioning service - this can prove very cost effective
	Deep cleaning - we expect you to leave the place as you would wish to find it. A charge will be applied to your account if the place is left in a complete mess
	Damages - We will charge for damaged items at cost or for the cost of repair whichever is cheaper
	Extra services and use of hire equipment - your invoice will state what is included - please query items that are not included
	If using the motor bikes or transport - fuel and oil

Insurance

	If you want to partake in any adventure sports we strongly advise you take full medical evacuation insurance. This is surprising low cost considering the cover and reliability. We recommend BHPA insurance.
	Hire equipment is loaned entirely at your own risk. Damaged equipment will be charged at cost to repair or replace.
	Adventure sports are entirely at your own risk. By their exciting nature they generally hold high risk of personal injury. Before we allow you to partake or use hire equipment we will ask you to complete an informed consent form. This will detail the downside and risks you are exposing yourself or your family to. It is impossible for us to insure for these activities. If you do not have your own adequate insurance cover for the chosen sport, or are likely to sue in the case of an accident we would ask that you do not par take in the adventure activity. We have little in the way of financial assets and are not worth suing.
